Azamat Bekoev’s withdrawal erases a -400 matchup and resets Andre Petroski’s betting case
The cancelled UFC Vegas 123 bout removes a volatile striker-versus-wrestler handicap, while Petroski’s reported rebooking cannot yet be priced from the available evidence.
Azamat Bekoev’s medical withdrawal has removed one of UFC Vegas 123’s widest verified moneylines and left Andre Petroski with an entirely different assignment. Bloody Elbow reported that Bekoev suffered an anaphylactic reaction, passed out after reaching a CVS for medication and required an ambulance; the outlet also reported that Petroski declined a replacement for the October 31 card and instead will face 9-1 Mantas Kondratavicius at UFC Vegas 124 on November 7.
That sequence matters more to bettors than the simple loss of a prelim. BetOnline.ag had Bekoev at -400 and Petroski at +300 when the original middleweight market was observed on October 24. Those prices described a specific clash between Bekoev’s pressure and finishing power and Petroski’s wrestling, control and durability concerns. They do not transfer to a new opponent.
There is also a live data-status conflict. Our official-card record still lists Bekoev-Petroski as an announced three-round prelim at the Meta APEX, with both fighters present on the October 31 card. The withdrawal report is newer than that stored status. Until the card record updates, bettors should treat the old listing and its attached prices as stale rather than as evidence that the matchup remains intact.

Movsar Evloev’s first loss changes the risk profile, not the fighter profile
Alexander Volkanovski exposed a new durability question at UFC 333, but Evloev’s 34-round record still points toward wrestling volume and decisions as the starting point for his next market.
